We deliberately stay small — not because we lack ambition, but because we believe the best engineering comes from focused, senior-led teams. Every engineer at Concept Engineers is involved in the projects they work on, not just processing tasks in a production line.
The work you'll do
You'll work across a mix of residential subdivisions, commercial developments, industrial sites, and government projects. No two projects are the same, and you'll be involved from the initial brief through to the final certificate.
How we collaborate
We work in an open, collaborative environment from our West End office in Brisbane. Senior engineers and graduates work side-by-side. Questions are welcomed, not frowned upon. We invest in your growth because your expertise makes the whole practice better.
Technology & innovation
We use BIM, drone surveys, GIS, and 2D hydraulic modelling as standard tools. We actively invest in new technology and expect our engineers to challenge the status quo on how we deliver projects.
