A 4-week onboarding programme covering our systems, tools, and project delivery methodology.

Work directly alongside senior engineers on live projects from your first week.

CPD support
We fund your Engineers Australia membership and support your professional development commitments.

RPEQ pathway
A clear pathway to Registered Professional Engineer (RPEQ) status, with dedicated mentorship for your application.

Technology training
Hands-on training in AutoCAD Civil 3D, 12d Model, BIM tools, and GIS platforms.

Performance reviews
Formal 6-monthly reviews with clear promotion criteria and salary progression.
What we look for
- B.Eng Civil, Environmental, or related
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Enthusiasm for infrastructure and the built environment
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar — a bonus, not required
- Queensland residency or right to work in Australia
