Concept Engineers provides civil and environmental engineering consultancy services as agreed in individual project fee proposals and service agreements. These Terms apply to website use; specific service terms are set out in our project agreements.

All engineering documents, drawings, reports, and other deliverables produced by Concept Engineers remain the intellectual property of Concept Engineers until full payment is received. Concept Engineers retains the right to use project information for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Concept Engineers' liability for any loss or damage arising from the use of this website is limited to the re-supply of information or services. We do not warrant the accuracy of information on this website.
5. Privacy
Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
