Vincent on site undertaking a TMR road inspection to monitor progress of the subgrade replacement works for the new auxiliary left turn lane at Grill’d’s first ever drive through store. Concept Engineers documented the civil works for the project, and it’s great to see it all coming together on site. The building looks fantastic. We’re looking forward to seeing the new auxiliary left turn lane completed and the site connected more effectively to the surrounding road network.

PROJECTS | SJH-QLD has been appointed to deliver a new Guzman y Gomez Mexican Kitchen in the heart of #Coorparoo, bringing another vibrant dining destination to Brisbane’s south. The project will transform an underutilised site into a modern dine-in restaurant with dual drive-thru convenience, while carefully retaining and integrating the core of an existing character-building dating back to 1946. The preserved building will take on a new life as a dedicated GYG staff training facility, creating a unique blend of heritage and contemporary construction. With significant site redevelopment, new landscaping and GYG’s iconic branding set to become a local landmark, we're excited to help bring this dynamic project to life and support the continued growth of one of Australia’s most recognisable hospitality brands.
